User Agreement

This User Agreement is a binding contract between you (the “User”) and Reconcilable (the “Service”). Please read carefully before use.

Account & Use

• Provide accurate, complete registration info and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account.
• No illegal, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate use.

Content & IP

• Ensure you have rights to the content you submit; avoid identifiable third‑party personal data.
• You grant us a non‑exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to process content as needed to provide and improve the Service.
• Outputs may be model‑generated and can be inaccurate. They are guidance only, not medical/legal/psychological advice.

Compliance & Restrictions

• No security circumvention, reverse engineering, abuse, or resource overuse.
• No automated scraping or actions that harm availability or stability.

Changes & Suspension

We may refine, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the Service for operational or compliance reasons, with notice where required.

Disclaimer & Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing law is that of your residence/place of business. Disputes go to competent courts after good‑faith negotiation fails.

Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
