Refund Policy

At Reconcilable, we aim to provide a reliable experience. If you are not satisfied or encounter technical issues that prevent normal use, you may request a refund if you meet the criteria below (aligned with common practices of Creem, Paddle, and Stripe for digital services).

Eligibility

  • Time window: Submit your refund request within 3 days of purchase.
  • Usage threshold: If more than 50 credits from this purchase have been consumed, the order is non-refundable.
  • Digital nature: This is an immediately-available digital service. Once substantially used, value cannot be returned, so refunds are not granted.
  • Duplicate charge: Any verified duplicate charge will be fully refunded for the duplicated portion.

Subscriptions

  • You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term; fees already incurred are non-refundable.
  • Manage auto-renewal in your account or via the payment provider. Cancel prior to renewal to avoid new charges.

  2. Provide details: Account email, order ID, purchase date, issue description, and screenshots.

Processing

We typically review within 3–7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; settlement times vary by provider.
